The paths and achievements of our Trailblazers are often very different but all of them have demonstrated vision, courage, and tenacity throughout their careers and have made substantial and lasting contributions to the Asian Pacific American legal profession, as well as the broader Asian Pacific American community. For their extraordinary accomplishments and for serving as role models and inspiration for other Asian Pacific American lawyers, we honor our Trailblazers.

    This year, a special Trailblazer Award will be presented posthumously to Senator Daniel K. Inouye
    and the Trailblazer Award will be renamed The Senator Daniel K. Inouye NAPABA Trailblazer Award in his honor.
